Each slide in our portfolio is handmade to order. The characteristics of the slide design are individual, but they are often reshaped so the steps and chute are perfectly angled to fit the pool. They are also customised in various sizes and finishes.
In some circumstances, only a completely original slide fits the brief. This might be an inground slide that takes advantage of a gradient in the surrounding landscape, a slide which comes off another level, or that a client would like a completely original design to resonate with their style and surroundings.
We love to be challenged to create something truly unique.
Cascade: winding through the landscape
Cascade is designed to embed seamlessly into the client’s sloping terrain, a sculptural interpretation of water flowing down a mountainside.
Its snaking, undulating form harnesses the natural gradient for thrilling momentum, culminating in a spectacular splash.
The design features a patinated copper exterior, where the hand-applied bronzed lustre enhances the organic curves of the mirror-polished stainless steel body.
Star Rider: dual helical luxury slide
Star Rider was the result of a collaboration with award-winning architects Rafael de Cárdenas / Architecture At Large.
The design features two spiral slides, mirrored side-by-side, that launch the riders to their winning splash.
The equilibrium achieved in this design results in a pool space that not only functions as a superlative leisure space, but one that has artistic merit too, resulting in features in both Dezeen and Architectural Digest.
Cadence: seamless integration with hawaiian landscape
Cadence was commissioned to harmoniously integrate with the client’s Hawaiian landscape, whilst linking two terraced pools. The viscous form of the slide’s polished concrete finish directly references the island’s pāhoehoe lava.
To preserve the breathtaking panorama from the house, the structure incorporates only three integrated steps and remains below eye-level. The design achieves the requested exhilarating ride by swinging out over the foliage in a dramatic curve.
